This is an important step in the process that can restrict your home if you do not do the research before your purchase. Many sites have HOA governing what can and can't be done, some county restrict water use and designate for only domestic use. Better to spend the time up front to secure the correct property.
Each project is developed directly with our client, and as your home takes form we develop site specific details that will provide a high performance home. We look at local history for design features, and learn what makes up the existing fabric of the environment. We currently are in the process of developing a Net Zero home that will provide all of its own water and power, and reusing all wastewater 3 times.
